Our clients are important–no matter how small the order. We will replace any unit that does not meet the specifications of the order or if a unit is bilaterally declared defective. We have pride in our work: your finished order is a direct reflection of our company, so rest assured you are in good hands.

Shipping

Most shipping will be paid for by the client, but certain arrangements can be made. Just ask. When you ship, tracking numbers will always be available via our emails. Any rush orders in the greater Los Angeles area quality for delivery service. Depending on the size of order and distance from the CD / DVD Temple, additional charges may apply.

Payment Methods

We gladly accept cashiers check, money order, business checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. At least 80% of payment is required to start an order. (Exceptions can apply, please inquire for further information).

Your receipt

A PDF invoice will be displayed as well as sent to your email address. Additionally, you will receive a hard copy invoice included with your order.

Terms and Conditions

Whoever signs on behalf of the client thereby personally represents and warrants full authority to sign on behalf of the invoiced company. C-DVD Guru will enter into this agreement upon acknowledgement of said representation.

Restrictions

We will not work on any project without proof of ownership/copyright (IPR forms) from the client to complete the order.

Limitation of Liability

Client agrees and acknowledges that it has now and forever waived any and all claims against C-DVD Guru for consequential, exemplary and/or punitive damages. C-DVD Guru disclaims, and Client acknowledges, any liability on C-DVD Guru 's part for damage, fire, theft, or any act of God pertaining to customer's work and property. Customers should fully insure any material provided. The maximum amount which may be recovered from C-DVD Guru , including from those acting on C-DVD Guru 's behalf, shall not exceed twenty-five percent of the amount actually paid. C-DVD Guru is pursuant to this agreement.
